Band & Orchestra Festival
All participating bands and orchestras will have a performance on the stage of legendary Carnegie Hall under the direction of their own conductor. It will be adjudicated by nationally-recognized conductors who will offer comments to each ensemble and choose one or two ensembles to perform in a featured evening concert. Each participating ensemble will also receive a clinic session with one of our guest conductors.

About the Festival
  • 4 days, 3 nights in midtown Manhattan, NYC
  • Individual ensemble performance in Carnegie Hall under the direction of their conductor
  • Written and/or recorded comments from nationally-recognized conductor/clinicians
  • Individual clinic session with a nationally-recoginzed clinician
  • Opportunity to hear other participating ensembles
  • 1-2 ensembles chosen for participation in the featured evening concert
  • All participants receive a ticket for the evening concert at Carnegie Hall
  • Post-concert reception cruise
  • All participants receive a ticket to the observation deck, "Top of the Rock" in NYC
  • Non-performing participants may attend rehearsals and will receive all inclusions, including admission to Carnegie Hall
  • Certificates of participation for each musician
  • Commemorative plaque to participating ensembles
